Oh my God, that kid is growing up! I wouldn't have recognized him. Poor Victoria -- siblings never get the fun toys and therapists, do they? :) (I remember Veronica asking when she would get to go to speech therapy, and being crushed when she found out she didn't need it. Luckily, preschool seems to have filled that gap).
